Mr. Surya Kant Jaipuria is the chairman of the SMV Jaipuria Group. Under his strong and dynamic leadership, SMV Jaipuria Group has become one of the reputed business houses in India. A graduate from St. Stephen’s college, Delhi University, Mr. Surya Kant Jaipuria learned the ropes of business from his father, Late Shri C. L. Jaipuria, when he joined the family business in the year 1969. Through his far sightedness and strong decision making ability, he understood the pulse of the changing times and diversified the group’s business into FMCG and Real Estate. He is the person behind successful introduction of the soft-drinks major ‘Pepsi’ into India and also a pioneer of the mall culture in the NCR region.
Being an excellent student and a topper throughout his academic life, he believes that education paves way for overall growth and development of the nation. Various charitable educational institutions are promoting this idea under his guidance and trusteeship. One of the many institutions is the ‘Dharam Sangh Mahavidyalay’ which is one of the country’s top schools for Sanskrit and Vedic Literature.
Mr. Surya Kant Jaipuria is a very humble person, with a resolute will and passion for business, which is what keeps him motivated even after 5 decades. His work ethic is an inspiration to everyone at the group, to constantly strive for excellence. Apart from business he always finds time for three things he loves to do: 1) spend time with family, 2) listening to music and 3) watching cricket.
Mr. Vaibhav Jaipuria

An alumni of Delhi University, Mr. Vaibhav Jaipuria joined the family business in the year 1993. With a keen interest in innovative technology and entrepreneurial hunger he ventured into various businesses like Computer hardware/software, Next-gen security gadgets, Ayurvedic health care products, Mining etc. through successful collaborations with many international giants like Leo Inc., Axxon-soft and Anheuser Busch.
Being a huge supporter of our Honorable Prime Minister’s “Swatch Bharat Abhiyan”, he has recently ventured into manufacturing and distribution of various detergents, soaps, toilet cleaners and other surfactants at an affordable price for promoting cleanliness in rural India.
Mr. Vaibhav Jaipuria is a very generous person, and has been actively involved in various charitable activities through Rotary Club Of Delhi Rendezvous, of which he has been member for a very long time. Apart from business and his charitable activities he spends a lot of his time on his favorite hobby-Aero-modeling, and watching movies.
Mrs. Shripriya Jaipuria

A graduate from Mumbai University, Smt. Shripriya Jaipuria hails from the Jatia Family, an illustrious business house involved in Businesses like Hospitality, Construction etc. She joined the business in the year 2008, and has since grown the group’s Raymond Retail Division manifold. She took over the division when it had just four franchise shops, and has since grown the number to twelve in Delhi and NCR, making the group today one of the largest franchisee of Raymond in India. Mrs. Shripriya Jaipuria is member of the exclusive “Chairman’s Club” of Raymond, which is a testament of her hardwork and dedication. She has a keen eye for detail, and is a very determined woman.
Mrs. Shripriya Jaipuria is a perfect example of how women can manage their work-life balance, as she manages both aspects of her life with considerable ease. She also finds time for her hobbies and passions like dance and classical music, both of which she has been learning for many years.
Mr. Chaitanya Jaipuria

After completing his degree of Business Administration from Newcastle University, Mr. Chaitanya Jaipuria joined the Group in 2016 as a trainee and grasped the nitty gritties of business from his grandfather Shri S.K. Jaipuria, and under his watch and through his dedication he has taken charge of Raymond’s Master Franchisee Division of the group. Born with business in his blood, he is driving change within the group to make it a future ready organization. He has keen interest in retailing and real estate. His round the clock efforts are true to his passion and determination to build a business empire. As a true entrepreneur he is always on the lookout for business opportunities. When not working he spends his time enjoying music, cricket, chess and keeps himself updated about current affairs.
